Bāi Hé (Lily bulb - Bulbus Lilii)*, Hé Huān Pí (Mimosa tree bark - Cortex albiziae), Yù Jīn (Curcuma tuber - Radix curcumae), Shēng Dì Huáng (Rehmanniae root - Radix rehmanniae glutinosae), Longan Fruit (Long yan rou - Arillus longan).

Other: 40% grain alcohol

Instructions:

Orally 1-2 full droppers twice daily in water. If you are experiencing a time of heightened stress take 3 times a day.
