This proprietary internal formula can offer support through times when you are experiencing hormonal shifts such as PMS, heat or cramps post menstrual cycle, ovarian pain due to PMS. 

Key Ingredients:

Ophiopogon Tuber - has long been respected for its ability to clear heat from the body and replenish cooling body fluids.

Gardenia Fruit - Clears heat from the body, lowers hypertension, and helps address insomnia. 

White Peony Root - Increases mental focus, promotes emotional stability. Clears toxins and nourishes blood. Eases pain especially in relation to the uterus. 

How to use:

Serving size: Orally take 1-3 droppers full 1-3 daily or as desired. Dosage depends on severity of symptoms.

Servings per bottle: approximately 50. 

Additional dosage suggestions: If you are experiencing occasional symptoms associated with menopause you can take one dose (2-3 droppers full) in water (drink) every morning. If your symptoms are daily take 2 times a day or increase to 3 times a day if needed.
